Our accessibility commitment
Home-Service Growth Tools aims to provide interfaces and content that can be used by people with a broad range of abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product-quality responsibility rather than a one-time certification.
Design and development practices
- Use semantic headings and page landmarks
- Provide visible keyboard focus indicators
- Associate form controls with descriptive labels
- Use sufficient text and interface contrast
- Support keyboard navigation for interactive controls
- Provide readable validation messages and instructions
- Use responsive layouts for mobile and enlarged displays
- Avoid relying on color alone to communicate important meaning
Known limitations
Some generated outputs, complex tables, long forms, third-party browser behavior, or future embedded services may create accessibility challenges that are not yet known.
We continue to review the platform and prioritize issues that block access to core navigation, calculators, content, or results.
Browser and assistive technology support
The platform is designed for current standards-compatible browsers. Results may vary with older browsers, browser extensions, customized settings, or combinations of assistive technology that have not been tested.
Reporting an accessibility issue
When reporting a barrier, include the affected page, the action you were attempting, the browser or assistive technology used when relevant, and a description of the problem.
Accessibility reports will be reviewed alongside other technical and content feedback.
Alternative access
Where practical, reasonable efforts may be made to provide important information in an alternative format when a website barrier prevents access.
